He hadn’t completely dodged the question. Karin was surprised, but pleased. Even though she knew that he had told her little, he seemed open to further discussing the issue of what to do after the destruction of Konoha. She didn’t know much about politics, but she was determined to learn more so that what had happened to her village and to Sasuke’s family would never happen again, ever. She would help Sasuke structure things such that genocide and mass murder would be a thing of the past. She would change what it meant to be a shinobi. He wanted her help, so he must trust her judgment. If he trusted her with this, then she would have the courage and self-assurance to trust herself.
Karin followed Sasuke onto the path, thrilled that it was just the two of them, having dinner. Things could not be more perfect.
“I don’t know about trusting Suigetsu with anything. He’s crazy. But I think Jugo will probably have some good ideas.” But why talk about this now? Sasuke had said he wanted to talk about things during dinner. For now, why should she mix business with pleasure? She decided to change the topic. “It’s a beautiful, clear night. You know, night is really my favorite time of day. All of the sounds of the day fall away, and all you can hear is the wind. I love silence, and I love feeling like I’m the only one awake. It makes me feel safe, and it gives me time to think.”
As usual, Sasuke was quiet, but he didn’t seem bored. Now what should she say? They hardly ever talked about anything but the task at hand.
“Um…what do you want to talk about?”
//Yeah, but it was worth the wait. Good job. :) Also, now that we have a Suigetsu (who is actually one of my followers, too, lol), maybe we should bring him into the RP after Karin and Sasuke have dinner? Or maybe he could secretly follow them in just to annoy Karin. XD
The reason why Sasuke formed the Team Taka was very simple, it was just because he needed the help of ninjas with unique abilities, so he decided to bring the three of them with him during his travels. He knew Karin would help him at any time and would never pull back if she had to protect him. It made him trust her and never doubt her and she was probably the only teammate to whom he reported most of the things he had in his mind.
“Don’t you think it’s time to trust each other? We’ve been together for months now. I know there’s bad blood between you and Suigetsu, for some odd reasons… but you have to trust him. I know he will never betray us. Same goes for Jugo, they’re just great shinobi maybe a bit psycho but still, that’s not a big problem because I know how to deal with it. “As soon as she changed topic, Sasuke had a smirk on his lips and thought about all the times Karin tried to get closer to him when the two were alone without the other members, but Sasuke had never paid attention to it as much as he did now, perhaps, was it because he felt the need to get some attention from the girl? After all, he passed difficult days and now, it was time to find some relax and think about something else.
“It’s true, I really love nights like this and hearing the silence in this forest relaxes me even more. It’s just so beautiful, I..” The Uchiha looked up at the sky, it was so bright that he could he count the stars upon it and he closed his eyes just a moment before the girl pronounced something. It was just like his mind was lost in the moment while the cold breeze touched his soft skin. “…I like the darkness, it has its positive side, don’t you think?” He said as he opened his eyes looking at the kunoichi who was walking next to him.
(Yeah I know who he is, we’ve started rp a few days ago. We can bring him into it while we are at dinner, is it okay for you? We just need to let him know I’m not sure if he wants to join or not because he said it’s the first time he rps or something like that.)
